Skills: Strong Written and Verbal communication or Interpersonal skills, Street Smart, Lead Generation, Social media marketing, Computer literate (Proficient in using MS Excel) and Extrovert by nature. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Drafting of quotations and proposal for new and current client. Approaching new clients for business generation. Follow-up on Weekly basis Payments receivable from clients. Client feedback through calling, email and align timely visits for current and new clients. Re-contract of current & new clients. Timely reporting to management.
