Understand client needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and profitability of the company. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales or appointment setter, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. Ability to quickly learn and understand technical aspects of products/services. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
