Job Description

Responsibilities: • Placing job postings on all relevant platforms • Screening CVs/ Telephonic Interviews/ Shortlisting Candidates based on the company criteria by taking help of manager’s/team leaders • Managing applicant data by using SAP Business One • Taking part in interviews with higher management • Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Gain experience in identifying and sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with the recruitment process. • Social Media Management: Contribute to our social media presence by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement. • HR Support: Assist with HR tasks such as employee on boarding, documentation, and employee relations. • Data Management: Maintain accurate records and data across different departments Main Requirements • Good Interpersonal Skills • Excellent English Communication • Presentable Personality • Quick & Sharp Learner
