The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing various sales and marketing plans and strategies to increase customer outreach. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analysis, creating targeted marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and generating sales leads. The Specialist will also be responsible for managing sales activities, tracking sales performance, and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Marketing, Communications, or a related field other certificate. Skill and Experience: • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and marketing. • Demonstrated expertise in creating sales and marketing plans and strategies • Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Social Media Marketing • Experience with Automotive Industry will be a plus
